A/C shenanigans Day 2
I'm no expert, but if a service tech says they replaced the capacitor does that mean to take out the blown one and wire everything straight through and not put a new one in? From the photo all I see added are black window spider eggs.

WTF... Shady A/C repair service?
My a/c went out a week ago and was just repaired. Two days go by and the compressor won't kick on, but the fan still blows. I Can anyone tell me if this is normal for any a/c repair service technician to replace blown fuses with copper tubing?
